10. Payment, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

  • Services: One-off services require 50% upfront; ongoing services are invoiced monthly in advance.

  • Setup Fee: A one-off £350 setup fee applies to management packages.

  • Refunds: Not available for digital downloads or services already delivered.

  • Cancellation:

    • One-off services: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before start.

    • Ongoing services: 28 days' written notice; ongoing fee is non-refundable.

    • Clients have the legal right to cancel business services within 7 days of contract signing or service delivery, whichever is later.

  • Licensing: Clients are responsible for licensing any stock assets used.

11. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will post changes on the Site and notify users as required. Continued use signifies acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute must be commenced within one year of the cause of action.
