10. Payment, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

  • Services:

    • Google Ads management: Invoiced monthly in advance, starting from £350/month

    • Google Business Profile management: £150/month, invoiced monthly in advance

    • Social Media Management: From £750/month for Instagram and Facebook, or from £500/month for LinkedIn, invoiced monthly in advance

    • Social Media Audits: £300, or £500 with a mini strategy session, payable upfront

    • Canva Templates & Graphics: From £300, or £550 with a mini strategy session, payable upfront

  • Setup Fee: A one-off £350 setup fee applies to Social Media Management packages.

  • Refunds: Not available for digital downloads, audits, or services already delivered.

  • Cancellation:

    • One-off services (Social Media Audits, Canva Templates): Free cancellation up to 48 hours before start.

    • Ongoing services (Google Ads management, Google Business Profile management, Social Media Management): 28 days' written notice required; monthly fees are non-refundable once the service period has commenced.

    • Clients have the legal right to cancel business services within 7 days of contract signing or service delivery, whichever is later.

  • Licensing: Clients are responsible for licensing any stock assets or third-party resources used in delivered work (e.g. images, fonts, music).

11. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will post changes on the Site and notify users as required. Continued use signifies acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute must be commenced within one year of the cause of action.
