What services do you offer?

I provide a range of services to support growing businesses with their online visibility:

Can I customise a package?
Absolutely. You can add services like Google Ads, content creation days, platform-specific support (LinkedIn, TikTok), or custom template sets. I’ll personalise everything to suit your business and needs.

2. Booking & Payments

How do I book a service or session?
To start, please get in touch via the Contact page or book a free mini audit. Once we agree on a package, I’ll send a proposal you can approve and pay online.

Do I need to pay upfront? Yes.

  • One-off services (e.g. audits or training): 50% upfront, 50% on delivery

  • Ongoing packages: Monthly invoices in advance

  • A one-off setup fee of £350 applies to all Management packages to cover onboarding and platform setup.

Which payment methods do you accept?
All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

3. Working Together

What’s included in a social media audit?
You’ll receive a personalised review of your content, platform setup and accessibility, along with practical recommendations and simple next steps suited to your goals.

What’s included in Done-for-You Social Media Management?
Management includes content creation, scheduling, engagement, and monthly strategy reviews, all aligned with your brand, voice and audience. Packages cover platforms like Instagram and Facebook, with options to add LinkedIn, TikTok and more.

What happens during strategy or training sessions?
Sessions are one-to-one and tailored to your needs:

  • Content planning, messaging and scheduling guidance

  • Idea generation techniques and template use

  • Accessible content principles (e.g. alt text, colour contrast, format)
    These can be delivered online or in person, depending on your preference.

Can sessions be online or in-person?
Yes. I offer both online via Zoom and on-site sessions (depending on your location). Travel fees apply to in-person sessions not within a defined local radius.

4. Templates, Revisions & Licensing

How many revisions are included?
Each service includes up to two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are charged at £50/hour.

Who owns the designs and templates?
Ownership transfers to you once full payment is received. Preliminary work or unused concepts remain the property of Adelie Creative unless otherwise agreed.

Do I need Canva Pro to use templates?
Templates are built using Canva Pro. Editable versions require a Pro licence. Or you can request non-editable formats (PNG, JPEG) if you use the free version.

What about licensing for stock imagery or fonts?
Any usage-based assets like stock images or fonts are licensed to you. You’re responsible for ensuring any client-provided content is properly licensed.

5. Policies

What is your cancellation policy?

  • One-off services: A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your slot; full refund available if cancelled 48 hours in advance.

  • Ongoing services: Cancel at any time, with monthly notice; setup fee is non-refundable after onboarding.

Can I reschedule a session?
Yes, as long as it’s at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling is based on availability.

Do you offer refunds on digital products?
Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, refunds are not offered. If you have issues with your purchase, please contact me and I’ll resolve it.

6. Accessibility & Support

How do you build accessible content?
Accessibility is central to my work:

  • Inclusive language and alt text for images

  • Colour contrast and formatting for ease of reading

  • Structured content (headings, bullet lists, clear calls to action, etc.)
    These principles are integrated into every service. You’ll receive hands-on how-to guidance too.

7. Google Ads

What’s included in Google Ads management?
I handle the setup, targeting, ad copy, keyword research and monthly optimisation, all tailored to your goals. You’ll get regular updates, simple performance reports, and clear recommendations based on what the data is telling us.

How much should I expect to spend on Google Ads?
That depends on your business type, competition and goals., but many small businesses start with a budget of £3–10 a day. I’ll help you set a realistic budget and make sure every pound is working as hard as it can.

Do I need a website to run Google Ads?
Not necessarily. We can run ads that point to your Google Business Profile or a dedicated landing page. I’ll help you choose the right setup based on where you are right now.

Can I book a one-off Google Ads setup?
Yes. If you just want help getting started, I offer a one-time setup package — including campaign creation, keyword targeting, and ad copywriting. Ongoing management is optional and available later if you need it.

How do I know if my ads are working?
You’ll get regular updates showing how your ads are performing, including impressions, clicks, and cost per result. I’ll explain what those numbers actually mean for your business, so you can make informed decisions without second-guessing.

Can I run both Google Ads and social media support together?
Absolutely. Many clients combine Google Ads with content support, Canva templates, or training. I’ll help you create a plan that supports your visibility across channels, without overwhelming you.
