My pricing is based on the level of ownership involved, not just the time I spend. Managing ads within a defined scope is a different job to owning performance, direction, and decisions. The fee reflects that difference.

MONTHLY MANAGEMENT

My management fee scales with your ad spend. As your budget grows, the work involved increases — more to monitor, more to optimise, more to report on.

For example, if you start with a £400/month ad spend your management fee is £350/month. If your budget later increases to £600/month, your fee moves to £500/month from the following month. You will always be told in advance.

What's always included, regardless of tier:

  • Weekly monitoring and optimisation

  • Keyword and negative keyword management

  • Bid adjustments based on performance data

  • Monthly performance report

  • Email support

SETUP AND ONBOARDING

Quoted separately from the monthly fee. Setup is completed before campaigns go live. Your monthly retainer begins once onboarding is complete.

All setup fees are one-off. The exact figure within each range is confirmed in your proposal before any work begins.

ONE-OFF SERVICES

For businesses that don't need ongoing management.

  • Audit only — £200 to £400

  • Strategy only — £250 to £500

  • Setup only (account built and handed over) — £350 to £600

  • Light monthly monitoring (post-setup, no active management) — £150/month

Light monthly monitoring is an oversight service. It is not active management and does not include bid strategy changes, copy updates, or reporting.

OPTIONAL ADD-ONS

These are never bundled into monthly management by default. Each is quoted and agreed separately before any work begins.

  • Google Business Profile setup and optimisation — £250 one-off

  • Google Business Profile ongoing management — £150/month

  • Landing page design — from £300

  • Ad creative — from £200

  • Additional campaign management — from £150 per campaign

  • Competitor and market research — custom quoted

  • Urgent turnaround under 24 hours — +£100 surcharge
